 Incentives for Centre

• Staff receive Discounted photo’s if children attend your Centre 
• 12x16 inch Graduating Class photo that is framed or a 12x16 inch Composite style Graduates.
• Centre receives group photos for foyer + 7x5 inch portrait printed of each staff member Name/Position/Room. 
• Downloads of Staff images for use on website and Centre paperwork.
• Payment options Credit Card/Direct Deposit. No Credit/Debit Fees charged to customer.  All pricing Inc GST.
• All ordering is done online
• If children are away on day, parents are quite welcome to make an appointment at my studio in Ormeau to have portrait taken of their child so they don't miss out.

What you can expect on photo day

• We will email out to your Centre a Poster & online marketing info as well as a Photo Day Run Sheet.  
• NO PAYMENTS OR ORDERS ARE TAKEN PRIOR TO DAY
• We request that you send us your class roles as well as a list of all staff with positions so a Photo Day Run Sheet can be made.  This can be shared with parents.
• We arrive at your Centre with a typed up spreadsheet of all children plus siblings sorted into list.  At end of morning we get you to look over spreadsheet and make sure no child was missed before we leave on day.
• You are able to choose a Traditional Group Photo or a Composite on the day. (A lot of my Centre's opt for the Composite groups and just do a Traditional of the Kindergarten room) it is up to you what you choose. Traditional Groups you need to allow 10 minutes per group.
• We bring with us your background choice for individual images; we will need a corner of a room to set this up. (3m x 2m area).
• I bring an assistant on day that takes down image numbers on spreadsheet.
• After Photo Day I will email you flyer to put up on your private social media for your Centre, it will include online due date, Password for proofing which is uploaded 72 hours after photo day. 

Online Ordering and Viewing of Images 

• Flutter Bug Photography believes in giving parents a choice when it comes to choosing images and packages for their child, we will upload images within 72 hours after photo day into a secure gateway that is password protected for your Centre.
• Each child will have two or more images taken on day.
• Group photos are not displayed on website (privacy laws), I will email a sample through to you 2 week after photos have been taken, you can display at Centre for parents that want to view before purchasing. 
• Groups need to be approved by Centre before going to print, Lab compressors the image for printing at a cost to me of $60 per group, any mistakes that were not picked up prior to printing will be at a cost to you.
• We will send you a direct link that you can forward onto parents after photo day in case parents misplace paperwork that has been supplied.
• Parents will have a 10-15 day period to place orders.  We can discuss a longer time frame if you think parents need this.
• I will deliver all orders back to your Centre within a 5 week period (Time frame starts 2 days after images are taken). 
• We believe in Quick Turnarounds (don't get caught booking with a large company that takes 10 week turnarounds).

I am more than happy to answer any questions parents have before or after photo day.  I am very accommodating to parents needs.  I have run my own business for 11 years specializing in child Care Centre photography, all work production is predominantly done by me this ensures that parents will not get a run around by talking to different people in regards to their order or enquiry. 

Fixed Layouts

To keep Packages affordable all sizes and layouts are fixed.  1 image per sheet.  I am very lucky to still be good friends with my old Pro Lab that I worked at for 12 years, this allows me to forward on my discounted rates to my customers this keeps packages at affordable prices.
