The best option would be to look at the Woodland Packages.These have been especially developed with you in mind. They offer flexibility to mix and match prints and images.
- Am I charged a fee when using visa or debit visa card?

No fee is charged to your account, Flutter Bug Photography takes care of the fees.
- What if my child was away on photo day?

- How do I get my automatic Downloads?

You receive an automatic email when your order goes through.
To access your order click VIEW RECEIPT, on the bottom or your
order you will find Links to download your images.
Reminder email will be sent to you to download!!!
Images will only be active during the 2 week period that proofing is up, so please download to your chosen device asap..
- If download comes with my package how do I receive these?

YYou will receive an email the day before your prints are delivered to your centre, this will have Download file link. Click on this to open up your zip folder with images in it. I will also send a reminder to your email 5 days first email as a reminder to download your images before they expire.

- If I am having trouble ordering what can I do?

If you are having trouble ordering, the simple solution is to go into proofing and hover over the images you like and write down image numbers then fill in the form below.

- Do package's come with Bonus prints?

Yes some packages come with bonus group photo's. Once you finish choosing images for pack you will be wondering where the group photo to click on is. Your group will be automatically selected in your package (eldest child's group is printed).
- I missed the cut off. What do I do?

If you missed the first Run and second Run cut off dates you will need to contact me directly and I will send you a private link to view and purchase photo's.
A $20 Handling and Postage fee will apply. (At Flutter Bug Photography two print runs are implemented to accommodate parents budgets. When you go into proofing the front page will have the dates orders need to be in by.
